About Black Hat Services

I started my journey as a labourer in Greece, where health and safety on-site often felt like an afterthought. Moving to the UK opened my eyes to how proper site management can make all the difference – I saw examples of great systems in place, and I saw where they failed, too.

One day, a site manager pulled me aside and told me I had a natural instinct for keeping sites tidy, organised, and safe. He encouraged me to take my first SMSTS qualification – and that moment sparked a whole new chapter for me.

From there, I worked my way up: first as a supervisor in a groundworks company, then as a site manager, and eventually as a project manager overseeing multiple sites.

Through it all, I learned one thing: the smallest details make the biggest difference.

That’s why I created Black Hat Services – to provide flexible, professional support for contractors and housing providers who want to keep their projects compliant, organised, and stress-free.
